How to Become a Preferred Supplier

One of the many benefits of being a FIRA Member Restaurant is the ability to take advantage of the special discounted rates that FIRA has negotiated with our Preferred Suppliers. Preferred Suppliers to the Favorite Independent Restaurant Association provide a value-added professional service exclusive to the FIRA Restaurant Group (an association of 40+ local independent restaurants). Supplier participation is by initiation only. Examples of Allied Member Services are credit card processing, website development, logo production, mystery shopper evaluations, and media/advertising partners.

Preferred suppliers are selected based on the quality of their product and/or service, their interest in supporting FIRA, and the special deals they are willing to offer FIRA Member Restaurants.

There are many benefits to being a Preferred Supplier of FIRA. You will receive a great deal of exposure with Member Restaurants as they are continually encouraged to take advantage of the services that our Preferred Suppliers have pledged.

• Negotiated Program details reviewed at review meetings and direct mailed to all Restaurant Members.
• Listed on www.localflavor.org as a Preferred Supplier with reciprocal link to your website.
• Promotional space at the Annual FIRA Membership Forum and the Favorite Foods Food Annual Show (with hundreds of Independent Restaurant owners in attendance).
