Located in a historical old mill building overlooking the Cocheco River in downtown Dover, Kelley’s Row has the best ingredients for location, ambiance and food. Featuring two dining rooms, a spectacular deck, a Cellar Pub, and an upstairs bar with great nightly entertainment; there is a seat for every occasion. Offering a lunch and dinner menu with daily specials that include award winning chowders (they received Best Chowder Award at the 2006 Hampton Beach Seafood Festival), Guinness Beef Stew, Irish pub sandwiches and burgers. They also offer exceptional dinner entrees including BBQ St Loius Style Ribs (the ribs are dry rubbed with seasonings and slowly steamed in the oven then marinated in their Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce and char grilled) and Seafood Scampi Medley (sea scallops and shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic, salt and fresh ground pepper finished with homemade scampi sauce and tossed with PEI mussels, served over fettuccini with herb cheese bread and topped with parmesan cheese). Along with soaking in the views, you can also soak up some local history while dining at the Old Ferry Landing. The building was originally erected as a ferryboat terminal providing transportation across the Piscataqua River between Portsmouth and Kittery prior to the construction of bridges. The large wooden beams supporting the roof at the Old Ferry Landing are the original beams and deserve attention as they represent the building methods of the 19th Century. |

For starters Chef Walsh recommend trying the award winning seafood chowder; a hearty, rich, creamy clam stock brimming with lobster, scallops, shrimp, clams, and haddock. Or start off with the mixed grille sampler with Coca-Cola BBQ pulled pork, Caribbean jerk jumbo chicken tenderloins, andouille sausage, and Caribbean prawn sticks. For entrées he suggests the house made black bean veggie burger, the fresh Atlantic salmon, or the Guinness short ribs with death by butter potatoes (slow braised, totally tender and lean short ribs nestled against double-buttered mashed potatoes and finished with root vegetables in Guinness gravy). You’ll find their famous Coca-Cola Sauce is used throughout the menu which has received rave reviews for being "surprisingly delicious, with a nice zing to it." Make sure you save room for "Ellen’s Award Winning Hot Apple Pie a la Mode". This is an individualized crock of the "Best Apple Pie 2009, Portsmouth Rotary"; served hot, and topped with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. Along with a well-rounded menu Chef Walsh prepares daily house specialties which can all be paired with a special brew from the extensive beer selection. The River House also features a fabulous Sunday Brunch from 10am to 2pm. 
The Riverworks offers two unique dining experiences, a non-smoking casual fine dining environment as well as a neighborhood friendly tavern. We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. We accept reservations and walk-ins, but reservations are recommended for Friday and Saturday nights for large parties.

Welcome to the Roundabout Diner & Lounge, our idea of what a comfortable but cool restaurant should be. At the Roundabout, you can order all the diner classics for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but with a ramped up twist. Using only the highest quality ingredients locally sourced wherever possible, we hope you'll agree that the Roundabout Diner & Lounge really does have “The Best Food Around”!
Breakfast is available anytime of the day with egg dishes including red bliss home fries and toast starting at $5.99. Other breakfast features include Pigs Fly Challah Grand Marnier French Toast and a selection of creative omelets, benedicts and pancake dishes. The lunch menu includes a grilled four-cheese with ham for $6.99, a Kobe burger to die for, signature salads, and a scrumptious Reuben sandwich. Dinner entrees include a turkey meatloaf dinner with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, and a hand pulled chicken pot pie with made-from-scratch pie crust, both priced at just $11.99. Other classics like traditional turkey dinner, prime rib, pot roast, and Maryland-style crab cakes are also featured. Last but not least, Roundabout owners, Dan and Kristen Posternak, who previously owned and operated Muddy River Smokehouse and Muddy River Marketplace, brought a little of barbeque heaven to their new home at the Roundabout including their mouth-watering pulled pork platter and hickory smoked baby back ribs. After your meal, you can enjoy a delicious dessert prepared by Roundabout's in-house pastry chef.
