Enroll in the FIRA Local Rewards Program for $5 and we’ll load $5 onto your Rewards Card for you to use at your next visit to any FIRA Member Restaurant!
So essentially, enrollment is free!
The FIRA Local Rewards Card Terms and Conditions
Your FIRA Card may be used at any participating FIRA Member Restaurant, or any combination of participating FIRA Member Restaurants. For a complete list of participating restaurants click here.
Your card may be used any day of the week at any time of day. You’ll receive one Local Rewards point for each dollar spent on food and/or beverages. Points will not be earned on tax or tip or on the redemption of gift card dollars.
When you have accumulated a minimum of 100 points, your points will be converted to $10 in Gift Value on your card. Every 100 points adds another $10 in value, equivalent to an ongoing 10% discount!
You may check your balance at any time by visiting www.localflavor.org and entering in your card number, or by calling 1-877-EAT-FIRA. If you have a leftover dollar balance after you use your card, you may use your remaining balance on your next visit. You will not be given cash for your balance. Your gratuity should be based upon the full value of your meal, and FIRA gift dollars may not be used toward your gratuity.
Report lost or stolen cards immediately by calling 1-877-EAT-FIRA. Neither FIRA nor the issuing restaurant(s) is/are responsible for lost or stolen cards, however every effort will be made to replace them. Unused points or gift dollars may expire in accordance with state laws.
